Just Like Amazon Customers will often claim they did not get a product, or that it arrived broken. This can seem repetitive, and sometimes it can seem dishonest - Unlike amazon, on shopify we dig deeper into the problem, we track the orders to make sure they have been received, or not. If not, we will issue a refund, or reship.
However our stance is the same - We will always take care of our customer.
We always want to PERSONALLY accept responsibility, just like the above example.
