If you are part of our Swiss Botany Customer Service Team - YOU are the reason our company has grown so much and done so well. Our clients expect us to deliver the best service in the industry.

Our clients will call from time to time and often ask questions that are easy for us to answer - here you will find as many resources as we can list for you to find those answers!

If you run into something that is not here, let us know and we'll add it!
Frequently Asked Questions
There are always questions that we can answer, some of them are hard, others are relatively easy. Most client questions can be easily answered by putting the client on hold, visiting our pages for that product, and reading the product descriptions.



However, sometimes we have to search for the answer. When that happens visit our blog, and type in the question, see if you can find a relevant blog post, and then relay that information to the client.

If you have done this, and you still cannot find an answer:
1) Record the clients information, ask and confirm a good time to call back.

2) Seek out the answer (Google, youtube, amazon, etc)

3) Report the answer back to the client.
Amazon Issues



We have 24 hours to respond to our customers on amazon. Our actual goal is hours, or sooner.

Many of the questions on amazon are shipping or product related.

Customers will often claim they did not get a product, or that it arrived broken. This can seem repetitive, and sometimes it can seem dishonest.

However our stance is the same - We will always politely tell the customer if amazon shipped their product, that amazon will replace it for them free of charge. We always want to PERSONALLY accept responsibility, below is an example:
Greetings {Client Name}!

I fully understand - I am terribly sorry this has happened, as a company we have put many resources into our shipping processes, but no matter how hard we try sometimes things like this still happen. Just so you know this is 100% covered and I want you to know that I'm going to help you replace your product - I do need your assistance -

It seems that Amazon shipped your order, it did not come directly from our warehouse, so the good news is you are still covered - I'll need you to call this number: 1 (888) 280-4331

They will help get you taken care of. If you have further questions, please respond to this email and I'll do all I can to continue to help!

Shopify Returns



Just Like Amazon Customers will often claim they did not get a product, or that it arrived broken. This can seem repetitive, and sometimes it can seem dishonest - Unlike amazon, on shopify we dig deeper into the problem, we track the orders to make sure they have been received, or not. If not, we will issue a refund, or reship.

However our stance is the same - We will always take care of our customer. 

We always want to PERSONALLY accept responsibility, just like the above example.
